Spending an afternoon in the Retiro Park>
We will be in Madrid only four days. There are many things to see and we have doubt whether it is worth visiting the Retiro Park.
What is your opinion?
If you go in the summer I would leave it for the last hour of the afternoon, around 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and I would take a walk around the big pond, the Palacio de Velázquez and the Palacio de Cristal. If you like to take pictures they are places where you will enjoy. In summer they close quite late and the atmosphere is usually quite calm. I have visited it at different times for years and have never had problems.
