If out side the city, please contact us to confirm a meeting place. DESCRIPTIONWe will leave at 9:15 towards Santoña. This fishing village is famous for their Anchovy manufacture. We will visit there the anchovy factory "Conservas Emilia" and we will discover how their product is prepared.Our next stop will be in the vineyard of "Bodegas Vidular" in Noja. We will enjoy a relaxing walk across their vineyard while we learn how their local wine is produced. As it couldn't be in another way, we will also enjoy a wine and cheese tasting in this wonderful place.Our lunch will be in the Pasiego Valleys, it will be a lunch menu in a local restaurant. We will also take this opportunity to do a bit of sightseeing in the area, you will love the landscapes of the Pasiego Valleys!! They are just beautiful!!Finally, we will stop in the largest sobaos factory in the area: "Sobaos Joselín". We will visit their museum of the "sobao and quesada" (this are local pastries of the region). We will also learn about their product line as we will enjoy a product tasting at the end of the visit.
